SUSTAINER PROGRAM DESIGN, BUILD & LAUNCH

MAF partnered with SUBLIMITY to design a sustainer program that not only excited their existing donors to give monthly but attracted new donors as well. One insight from interviewing their audience members was a love of these remarkable planes that are able to land on postage-stamp-sized landing strips in the middle of the jungle. We leaned into their use of aviation flight apps to create a unique virtual flight experience enjoyed by aviation enthusiasts and newbies alike. Flight Crew outpaced the first year’s expectations in the first five weeks post-launch.
